Hi, I’m Demetria — but you can call me Deme — artist and creator behind Deme Art Studio.
 

What began as a creative outlet during the pandemic has grown into a thriving passion and evolving art practice over the past five years. While creativity has always been part of who I am — from making clothes and crocheting to candle making and designing visually beautiful food — painting opened a new chapter for me.

What started with colorful abstract pour paintings has expanded into mixed media artwork, resin art, handcrafted coasters, decorative vases, functional art, and custom creations designed to bring beauty and individuality into everyday spaces.

As my artistry has grown, so has Deme Art Studio. I love experimenting with texture, movement, color, and new techniques, allowing each piece to develop its own personality. One of the things I love most about abstract and fluid art is that no two creations are ever exactly alike — each one is truly original.

Creating art has brought me joy, peace, and purpose, and sharing that with others is at the heart of what I do. Beyond creating original pieces, I also love bringing art to others through pour painting classes and private paint parties, creating fun, welcoming spaces where people can explore their own creativity, connect, and simply enjoy the process.
