Yes. Sales tax is applied based on how and where the purchase is made.

• Shipped orders: Sales tax is currently charged only on orders shipped to Florida and Ohio, in accordance with state regulations.

• In-person purchases: Sales tax is charged based on the location of the event or market where the purchase takes place.

Any applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout or clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your painting from Deme Art Studio, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the painting was damaged in transit, we will attempt to replace the painting. If we are unable to replace the painting, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.

We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our carriers for shipping artworks to our customers. We carefully select the carrier based on the best savings to you, ensuring cost-effective and reliable delivery. Please note that all delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch, not from the time of order placement. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork is shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. We prioritize the safe and timely arrival of your artwork, and we strive to provide you with a smooth and transparent shipping experience.

Yes. I accept commissions for both original paintings and custom resin artwork. Each piece is created through a collaborative process—please contact me through the website to discuss your vision and availability.

We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS, UPS and FedEx. For legal reasons we must declare the full value of the edition for all international deliveries. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or import taxes on international shipments, which are due upon arrival at the destination country. If you are located in a country not listed and would like to purchase artwork, please contact us and we can send you an invoice for the cost of the selected artwork plus shipping.

If we are shipping it to you, your painting will arrive with a package including a wire and/or sawtooth picture hanger so that you can hang your painting in the direction you prefer.

Each painting is signed on the back and includes its title, allowing the artwork to be displayed without a fixed orientation. This gives you the freedom to hang the piece vertically or horizontally, depending on your space and preference. Every painting is also stamped as an original, one-of-a-kind work.

For paintings, acrylic paint on wrapped canvases are the primary materials. Demetria sometimes uses mixed media that may include texture medium, foil paper, graphite pencil, fabric, vinyl, glazes and washes. They all have a UV protective finish coat or clear resin topcoat.

At Deme Art Studio, standard shipping rates are dependent on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased and apply to shipping within the United States only. Please note that these rates do not apply to expedited shipping. We take great care in packaging and handling your art pieces to ensure safe delivery to your door.
